Popcorn Anyone?

We can all relate to the buttery greatness of popcorn, but it's not a pretty scene when it all hits the floor.

The concept behind this abstract design is quite simple.  I used the relationship between shape, form, color and direction as a way to draw the attention up and down the page.

The placement of the single popcorn represents the importance of color, white carries a lot of weight.

  1. This is very creative and my attention flowed from the box, up to the spilling popcorn, and back around to the lonely kernel.

  2. I love the design!! The little popcorns are so cute...however, now I must have some Garrett's ;-) I dare not even drop one piece though. I love the standout piece - that it's uniquely different as it falls to the ground. Keep up the great work!!

  3. I think the popcorn idea is great. The black and white really compliment each other. I think you should have used a little more gray or shadow just to make it pop. otherwise, its a great idea and a great composition.
